Title: Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

1/2cButter -- softened
1cSugar
1 Egg
1/4cMilk
1tsVanilla
  COOKIES----------
1 3/4cFlour
1/3cBaking cocoa
1/2tsBaking soda
1/2tsSalt
  MIX ABOVE TOGETHER; SET
  ASIDE
24lgMarshmallows -- cut in half
  Pecan halves -- optional
1/4cButter
1 1/2tbBaking cocoa
3tbMilk
1cConfectioners sugar
1/2tsVanilla
  ICING---------

BAKE: 350=B0

COOKIES

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir =

mixed dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonful =

onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 mins. Remove from oven and press =

a marshmallow half, cut side down, onto each cookie. Return to oven for =

3 mins. Cool completely.

ICING

Combine butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 =

minute, stirring constantly. Cool slightly, transfer to a small mixing =

bowl. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla, beat well. Drizzle/spoon =

over the cooled cookies. Top each with a pecan half, if desired.

Yield: 3 to 3-1/2 dz. cookies.
